Where the Red Fern Grows, Old Yeller- classic boy and dog movies. What's sweeter and more American than a boy and his dog? What is my point? My point is that the woman whose family owns 2 cats, 3 rabbits, 2 goats and a horse is trying to justify having gotten Maxwell a dog.

In my defense, Phil started it.................................................................................. Okay, now calm down. The good news is that he (the dog) was saved from the local shelter. And is remarkably calm. No peeing or pooping on the floor, no biting or chewing, no barking. He is just the sweetest little guy. And I am an avowed dog-hater!
